These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of coffee, pizza, wine, acai, tickets to exclusive events hosted at Grounded, merchandise, and other items offered through our eCommerce platform. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Grounded operates from 300 N. Main Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico.
  • Our website is accessible worldwide. However, not all products or services may be available in your location.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Grounded Lounge & Cafe operates a strict ‘No Refund’ policy on all products and services sold via our eCommerce platform. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
  • Exceptions to this policy may only be made at the discretion of the General Manager or Ownership of Grounded. In such cases, customers must directly contact Grounded’s management with a valid reason for their request.
  • Authorized refunds, if granted, will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made. Please allow a certain amount of days for the refund to be credited to your account.
  • The decision of the General Manager or Ownership regarding refunds is final and binding.
