The Espiritu Family

We are the Espiritu family; big hearted, ambitious Mexican-American family from Las Cruces, New Mexico and the founders/owners of Grounded, the coffee, wine and wood fired pizza lounge in Downtown Las Cruces (first of its kind here in LC!). We are so extremely excited to be fulfilling our family dream and opening up this incredible space in the heart of our growing city. And just like our family name, we are full of spirit and are so excited to share it with our community. Grounded has been a project in the works for years…we just didn’t know it then. Since our childhood, every time we travel to a new place, the first thing we do is look for the cutest, most unique and recommended coffee shops to make a list of our favorites from the trip. Taking notes of what we loved from each place. Little did we know that all of these trips were preparing us for now! It is a family ordeal, so I hope everyone is ready to feel at home, connected and welcomed at our space, we are so thrilled to have you<3 Mucho Amor!
